Update a configuration file: add missing checks and parameters.

Inputs

configFile:     %char        (Optional) Path of the configuration file to update.
showDialog:     %logical     (Optional) Whether to show a dialog (true) or display on the command window (false).

Output

updateInfo:     %char        Information about what checks and parameters were added.
